Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by the client
Services not initiated due to internal reasons
Cancellation agreed upon in writing by both parties

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable for:

Services already delivered or partially completed
Customized or tailored consulting services
Delays caused by client-side dependencies or approvals

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.
